Posted by Denise, from WV on Aug 14, 2015 I think Casinos would be ahead to improve the hotels they have to ensure that guests are truly comfortable and want to stay to gamble. It would have been nice to satisfy our curiosity and check it out whether or NOT we would gamble.
After spending an uncomfortable night in the hotel we wouldn't even consider going to the Casino. Annoyingly, the first thing they said to us when we checked in after 11PM after a long day of driving was : When are you going to the Casino and we can get you a ride. The maid came to clean the room so early we were not ready to leave. The air conditioner did a great job, but could not be set on continuous fan so that the constant cycling on and off disturbed sleep. It was so noisy when other guests passed by that you couldn't sleep. The generic 'Kleenex' was like sandpaper and scratched my face.
